Bradley Atkinson – Burglary

PLEASE NOTE: All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The mugshots and arrest records published on are not an indication of guilt, or evidence that an actual crime has been committed.

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Bradley James Atkinson, 52, of Lake Havasu City, late Wednesday (4/26) morning for burglary, a felony.  Approximately 11:08 a.m., deputies responded to a burglary report in the 2100 block of Sapphire Street.  While enroute, dispatch advised that Atkinson had broken into a commercial building located at 3546 London Bridge Road.  Dispatch further advised that Atkinson had recently been charged with trespassing on March 28 at the same address.  Upon arrival, deputies contacted a 59-year-old male victim.  The victim reported that he found Atkinson into his shop without his permission.  The victim further reported that he did not give Atkinson permission to charge his phone.  The victim advised that he doesn’t even know Atkinson with the exception of Atkinson stealing power from his business on another occasion.  Deputies contacted Atkinson and took him into custody without incident.  A search of Atkinson revealed a phone charger and a cell phone.  He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

The above may only be a temporary place holder for the full arrest report details. An arrest will not be posted if LHCPD is looking for additional subjects related to the case or if LHCPD does not want to jeopardize any additional cases that may be linked to the original incident.
