On 4/27/2017 at approximately 1845 Hours Edward Ross Maes was arrested on possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Paraphernalia after officers observed Mes acting suspicious in the parkinglot of Smiths, and a traffic stop on Maes vehicle and search resulted in methamphetamines located within.
