ON 05-04-2017 AT APPROXIMATELY 0444 HOURS, GUILLERMO RUIZ SEVILLA (23) OF PARKER ARIZONA WAS ARRESTED AT THE INTERSECTION OF SMOKETREE AVE AND HIGHWAY 95 FOR CRIMINAL SPEEDING (77 MPH IN A 55 MPH ZONE), DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE, AND OPERATING A VEHICLE WITHOUT AN IGNITION INTERLOCK DEVICE AFTER HE WAS CONTACTED DURING A CIVIL TRAFFIC STOP AND A RECORDS CHECK RETURNED GUILLERMO`S LICENSE SUSPENDED.
