Harling, Jordan J. (20) — Underage Consumption

On 5/8/2014 Jordan J. Harling was arrested for underage consumption on Havasupai Blvd and Alpine Drive after he was contacted by officers during an accident investigation and found to be under the influence of alcohol and under the age of twenty one. Harling was omitting a strong odor of alcohol, red blood shot water eyes, and slurred speech. Harling advised he had consumed approximately 5 or 6 beers earlier. Harling submitted to a PBT which revealed a BAC of .189%.
