PLEASE NOTE: All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The mugshots and arrest records published on HavasuScannerFeed.com are not an indication of guilt, or evidence that an actual crime has been committed.

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Juan Carlos Urbina-Ordaz, 30, of Las Vegas, NV, late Sunday (5/21) afternoon for OUI, OUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .08%, extreme OUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .15% and less than 20% and extreme OUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .20%, all misdemeanors.  At about 4:20 p.m., deputies observed a watercraft traveling in the Bridgewater Channel with a wake in a wakeless zone.  Deputies further observed both occupants were wearing their flotation devises incorrectly; neither were zipped nor bucked properly.  Deputies conducted a traffic stop and contacted Urbina-Ordaz, the operator.  Deputies observed Urbina-Ordaz slurring his words slightly as he spoke and deputies smelled a slight odor of alcohol on Urbina-Ordaz.  During conversations with Urbina-Ordaz, he admitted to have been drinking.  Following the field sobriety tests (FST’s), Urbina-Ordaz was taken into custody and transported to Contact Point where an analysis revealed his blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to be .213%.  He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident.

The above may only be a temporary place holder for the full arrest report details. The term "Arrest" may be legally interchangable with the term "Cite & Release" - the latter is legally still an Arrest. Arrest Reports are received anywhere from 1-day to 2-weeks after an arrest. An arrest will not be posted if LHCPD is looking for additional subjects related to the case or if LHCPD does not want to jeopardize any additional cases that may be linked to the original incident.
