Michelle Gruber – 2x Drugs/Warrant Arrest

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michelle Lyn Gruber, 40, of North Hills, Calif., early Wednesday (5/3) evening for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotic drugs, felonies, and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Lake Havasu City Justice Court. Approximately 5:17 p.m., deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 4000 block of Gold Spring Road. Dispatch advised of a female subject running around yelling and acting as though she maybe under the influence of drugs. Dispatch further advised the female subject hanging around a green car. Upon arrival, deputies contacted a female subject identified as Gruber in the driver’s seat of the green car. A records check showed Gruber to have an active warrant. Gruber was taken into custody without incident. During conversations with Gruber, she advised that she has heroin in her possession. Deputies found Gruber to have in her possession of methamphetamine and heroin. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
