ON 05/06/17 AT APPROXIMATELY 0801 HOURS, RYAN THOMAS PARKS (36) OF LAKE HAVASU CITY PARKS WAS ARRESTED IN THE AREA OF HIGHWAY 95 / MCCULLOCH BOULEVARD SOUTH FOR DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENSE AFTER HE WAS OBSERVED DRIVING A VEHICLE AND WAS KNOWN TO HAVE A SUSPENDED LICENSE. UPON CONTACT RYAN WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND TRANSPORTED TO THE JAIL. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE JAIL AN ADDITIONAL PAT DOWN WAS CONDUCTED WHERE A FIRM SQUARE OBJECT WAS FELT BETWEEN RYAN`S LEGS NEAR HIS TESTICLES. A STRIP SEARCH WAS AUTHORIZED AND  CIGARETTE PACK WAS FOUND WITH APPROXIMATELY 39 GRAMS OF METHAMPHETAMINE INSIDE. RYAN WAS ADDITIONALLY CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF DANGEROUS DRUGS FOR SALE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND INTRODUCTION OF CONTRABAND INTO A CORRECTIONAL FACILITY.
