Scott Perkins – Unlawful Imprisonment (felony), Assault/DV and Disorderly Conduct/DV

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Scott Malcolm Perkins, 51, of Lake Havasu City, Saturday (4/22) evening for unlawful imprisonment, felony, along with assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence, misdemeanors. Approximately 8:56 p.m., deputies responded to a domestic violence incident at a residence in the 3100 block of E Mescalero Drive. Lake Havasu City Police Officers also responded and assisted. Upon arrival, deputies contacted the reporting party, a 44-year-old female victim outside of the residence. The victim reported that she and her boyfriend, Perkins, had gotten into an argument which escalated when Perkins grabbed her around the neck and slapped her. Lake Havasu City PD Officers heard a knocking sound when they discovered a male subject was locked inside a fifth wheel trailer on the property. Deputies contacted the male subject, a 29-year-old victim. The victim reported that he observed Perkins throwing the female victim around. The victim further reported that Perkins grabbed him by his arm and locked him in the trailer after he told Perkins that he was going to call the cops. Perkins was taken into custody without incident when he exited the residence. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
