3 From California Charged With Felonies After Shoplifting

Saturday June 4th at approximately 11:15 PM Christopher Tristan Howard (19) Ryan Anthony Bojorquez (19) both of Burbank California, and Jaime A. Lopez (18) of Hollywood California were arrested for Felony Organized Retail Theft and Felony Shoplifting at Mulberry Avenue and Swanson Avenue after they entered Safeway on McCulloch Blvd. with the intent to steal and conceal items in a backpack and left the store after passing all points of sale. Howard drove the vehicle in an attempt to escape the store. During an inventory search of Howard’s vehicle, Howard was found to be in possession of a bottle of alcohol. Howard was subsequently also charged for Misdemeanor Minor of Possession of Alcohol.
