4 Californian’s Arrested for Aggravated Assault

On Wednesday, January 27th at approximately 11:51 PM – Bradley Christopher Lager, 30, out of Arcadia California + Kyle Austin Peck, 24, out of Temecula California + Zachary Daniel Lyman, 26, out of Rancho Cucamonga California + Joseph Wayne Birge, 25, out of Rialto California – committed Aggravated Assault at McKee’s Bar and Grill after they engaged in a physical fight where they attacked a victim and caused the victim to suffer serious bodily injury. The victim in the fight was punched and kicked in the face during the altercation. The victim
suffered a serious head injury and was transported to Havasu Regional Medical Center for treatment where it was determined he suffered a sever orbital socket fracture to the right eye, and was later flown to Las Vegas Sunrise Medical Center for further medical treatment. Video surveillance inside the business captured the fight which identified the 4 as the suspects throwing punches and kicks at the victim.

Lager refused to perform a PBT.

Peck provided a PBT with result of .141% BAC.

Both Lager and Peck were located outside the bar where they were taken into custody. Birge and Layman were located a short time later at Quality Inn. No PBT results were found in the police report.
