ON 12/02/16 AT APPROX. 1310 HOURS, DENISE AQUILINA WAS ARRESTED AT THUNDERBIRD DR. FOR A VALID FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT, POSSESSION OF DANGEROUS DRUGS, POSSESSION OF A NARCOTIC DRUG (X2) AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA (X3) AFTER SHE WAS CONTACTED DURING FOLLOW UP TO A T REPORT INVOLVING HER ROOMMATE, AND A RECORDS CHECK REVEALED A VALID FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT OUT OF MARICOPA COUNTY. DURING A SEARCH INCIDENT TO ARREST, SHE WAS FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF 68 OXYCODONE PILLS (NARCOTIC DRUG), 13 AMPHETAMINE AND DEXTROAMPHETAMINE PILLS (DANGEROUS DRUGS) AND TWO CODEINE PILLS (NARCOTIC DRUG) AFTER THEY WERE LOCATED IN A CLEAR PLASTIC BAG INSIDE THE FANNY PACK THAT WAS ATTACHED TO HER WAIST.
