California Man Arrested for FTC Warrant in Driving on Suspended Case

Sunday April 3rd at approximately 10:25 PM Kristen Damon Brainard, 45, out of Auburn California was arrested in the 2300 block of N. McCulloch Blvd. for a Failure to Comply Warrant issued 3/15/2016 by Judge Kalauli out of Lake Havasu City Consolidated Court reference a “Driving on Suspended” case.

This occurred after he was contacted by Mohave County Sheriffs Office and later brought to the Lake Havasu City Police Department for booking. Dispatch confirmed the Warrant.
