NICHOLS

On 7/12/2016 detectives learned that Thomas Oliver Nichols III, 33, of Lake Havasu City had been arrested the night prior for False Information to Police. An investigation was conducted prior to the arrest in which an under-cover drug buy lead to information of Nichols selling heroin. During an interview at the PD, Nichols admitted to selling 90% of the heroin he purchased and using the rest, selling a minimum of 20 times over the last 5 months. Additional charges were filed on Nichols, who was already in police custody. Nichols was surprised to hear he was being charged for selling heroin after he admitted the above information.
