Citations and Arrests: January 8 – 11th

On Friday, January 8th at approximately 11:22 AM Jesse Alexander Hazen was Cited & Released in the 2900 block of Southwind Avenue for Driving a white 2004 Chevy Silverado on a Suspended Licenseense as of 8/11/2015 for a Failure To Pay Fines out of Parker, after the officer ran his plates on his patrol car computer and found the vehicle registration to be expired on 9/15/2015. Due to Hazen’s Driver Licenseense being suspended, the vehicle was towed pursuant to ARS 28-3511. (DR#16-0153)

On Saturday, January 9th at approximately 7:35 AM Torey T. Molzahn, 29, out of Savage Montana was arrested at Palisades Court in Lake Havasu Avenue on a Failure to Comply Warrant for an Extreme DUI case issued 11/2/2011 by Judge Kalauli out of Lake Havasu City Consolidated Courts after he was contacted as the reporting person in reference to a suicidal subject. On Saturday, January 9th at approximately 8:30 PM Karen Sue Hamilton, 55, out of Lake Havasu was arrested at Park Terrace Avenue for Assault/DV and Disorderly Conduct/DV after she engaged in a seriously disruptive behavior by arguing with the victim and during the course of the argument she pushed and scratched the victim. Ultimately Hamilton threw chairs at the victim and caused him to fall backwards in his chair and spill beer on himself.

On Saturday, January 9th at approximately 8:38 PM Natalie Carol Hill, 58, was arrested on Kiowa Blvd. North at Simitan Drive for driving on a suspended license and an FAILURE TO COMPLY Warrant after she was contacted as the driver of a silver 2000 Toyota Camery for a civil traffic violation of not displaying a license plate and a cracked front windshield and a records check revealed her license was suspended and she had a valid warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia issued 6/30/2015 by Judge Andress out of Lake Havasu City Consolidated Court. Dispatch confirmed the warrant and Hill was taken into custody without incident. Tow responded to the scene to impound the vehicle for 30 days per ARS 28-3511. (DR#16-0179)

Monday, January 11th at approximately 7:38 AM Zachary Daniel Herbert, 27, out of Lake Havasu was Cited & Released at N. Lake Havasu Avenue for Driving a White Ford Mustang on a Suspended Licenseense after he was stopped for a civil traffic violation and a records check revealed his license to be suspended. The vehicle was left on scene at the rear of Bradley Chevrolet due to it being properly parked at his place of employment. (DR#16-0204)
