On Wednesday March 2nd at approximately 3:30 PM Richard J. Wyninger, 44, out of Mohave Valley Arizona was arrested on a Failure To Comply Warrant (Fine Payment) after he was contacted as the driver of a vehicle near the entrance to Sara Park for a Cracked Windshield and a records check on the Registered Owner of the vehicle revealed the warrant. Wyninger was taken to the Lake Havasu City Consolidated Court and was seen by Judge Jill Davis. He was then released after completing a new court contract. No further action was taken and Wyninger was issued a verbal warning for driving on a suspended license (court reinstated his driving privileges).
