Duplex Neighbors With Order of Harassment Against Each Other Ends In An Arrest

PLEASE NOTE: All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The mugshots and arrest records published on HavasuScannerFeed.com are not an indication of guilt, or evidence that an actual crime has been committed.

New Years Day at approximately 10:30 AM officers were dispatched to Holister Drive in reference to a violation of an order of harassment.

The victim alleges 42 year old Valerie Jeanne Johnson placed a large landscape rock of hers in front of her neighbors garage door to prevent him from being able to leave, which he discovered in the morning hours while attempting to take his granddaughter to school.

There was a verbal altercation and threats were made from Johnson to the neighbor/victim after she states the neighbor’s husband knocked on her rear slider then walked away, so Johnson went to the victim’s house and banged on their garage door.

Due to Johnson’s admittance to banging on the victim’s garage door, and sufficient evidence from a neighbor across the street which helped move the rock from the victim’s drive way, showing that the victim’s husband was not at home at the time to have knocked on Johnson’s rear slider – Valerie Johnson was placed under arrest for Violating the harassment order.
