Felony Arrest by MCSO Deputies during Traffic Stop

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested David Paul Doyle, 34, of Lake Havasu City, Thursday (2/18) afternoon for possession of dangerous drugs, felony, and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Lake Havasu City Municipal Court. Deputies recognized Doyle driving a vehicle and deputies knew Doyle to have an active warrant. Approximately 2:35 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Pero Drive and contacted Doyle. A records check confirmed Doyle’s warrant. Doyle was taken into custody without incident. A search of the vehicle a revealed a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
