Havasu Female Arrested for Assault and Criminal Damage

On Thursday, January 21st at approximately 7:26 PM Cynthia Neill, 58, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested at North Cisco Drive for Criminal Damage/DV and Assault/DV after she threw dishes in the kitchen breaking them and scratched the victim while pulling his shirt during an argument over a dog mess. Neill was taken into custody and transported to the Lake Havasu City Jail for booking. During the transport Cynthia began to yell profanities as the transporting officer. At the jail a PBT completed on Cynthia of .156% BAC.
