Havasu Female Arrested for Dangerous Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia and FTC Warrant

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Casandra Dawn Roman, 47, of Lake Havasu City, Friday (2/12) evening for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies, and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Lake Havasu City Municipal Court. Approximately 10:45 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Knobhill Drive and contacted Roman, the driver. A records check showed Roman to have an active warrant. Roman was taken into custody without incident. Deputies contacted a passenger identified as Robert Alan Harkness, 27, of Lake Havasu City. Deputies smelled a strong odor of marijuana on Harkness. Harkness advised that he has marijuana inside his pocket. A search of Harkness revealed marijuana and a pipe with burnt residue. Harkness was cited and released at the scene for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors. A search of the vehicle revealed a glass pipe with residue and a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance. Roman was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
