On Tuesday April 5th at approximately 3:46 PM Oscar Robert Velazquez, 26, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested in the 3600 block of Tarpon Drive for Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Assault after he was contacted by his probation officer and became aggressive during the contact after a search of his vehicle was was requested and ultimately kicked the probation officer twice while being detained.

Drug Paraphernalia was located inside the vehicle during the probation search and a secondary search by Police Officers revealed a small amount of a black tar like substance believed to be heroin.
