Havasu Man Arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Assault

On Tuesday March 22nd at approximately 9:13 AM Charles Wade Richardson, 46, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested at Ajo Drive for Disorderly Conduct and Assault after he engaged in seriously disruptive behavior near the area of South Pima Drive and Acoma Blvd the day prior when he was yelling profanities at the victim which disrupted the near by neighbors. Richardson then began to hit the victim in the face with a closed fist while yelling at the victim causing minor injuries to the victim’s face.

Richardson was transported to the Lake Havasu City Jail where he was processed, booked, and held for court.
