Havasu Man Arrested For Disorderly Conduct/Fighting At A Bar

On Wednesday, January 27th at approximately 1:11 AM Daniel Steven Stone, 25, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested for Disorderly Conduct after he engaged in seriously disruptive behavior inside a liquor establishment located on Maricopa Avenue. Stone was arguing with several patrons, attempting to fight with people, and was yelling at the bartender. Stone was asked to leave but refused. He was escorted outside where he tried to throw a punch at a female subject. He was detained by a male subject until police arrived.

A PBT resulted in .163% – and was to intoxicated at the station to speak with officers about the event during the booking process. Stone was booked and held for court.
