Havasu Man Arrested for DUI and Disorderly Conduct following Road Rage Incident (Warning: Graphic Content)

On Thursday, February 18th at 6:16 PM Junior Murrill Mungerson, 54, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested for DUI and Disorderly Conduct after he got into a road rage incident and attempted to get into a physical altercation with the witnesses. Upon police arrival it was determined he was under the influence of drugs and/or liquor while he had operated a vehicle during the disorderly conduct incident, located in the 2200 block of Mesquite Avenue.

While questioning Mungerson at the scene, Mungerson admitted to having a couple of drinks – following by saying “I’m done. I’m done with you. Suck a dick punk.” and lifted his left hand and gave the officer his middle finger. He was placed into custody and again repeated, “Suck a dick punk.” Mungerson continued to yell and use profanities. While searching him incident to arrest the officer noticed an odor of feces. Upon arriving at the jail and seating Mungerson at the Intoxilyzer 8000 machine feces came out of his pants and onto the floor. Jail Personnel escorted Mungerson to the holding cell and he managed to clean himself up and put on some dry jail clothes.

A telephonic search warrant was drafted and authorized by Judge Kalauli for blood draw. The phlebotomist responded and drew two vials of blood from Mungerson’s right arm. All evidence was then secured.
