Havasu Man Arrested For Failure to Comply Warrant

On Sunday, February 21st at approximately 3:40 PM Carlos Andrew Hernandez Jr., 32, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested at Rotary Park (Smoketree Avenue) after officers were dispatched in regards to his active outstanding warrant. Hernandez was contacted and a Wants/Warrants check confirmed the Failure to Comply Warrant issued 2/18/2016 by Judge Kalauli out of Lake Havasu City Consolidated Courts in a Drug Paraphernalia case. Hernandez was taken into custody and transported to the Lake Havasu City Jail where he was booked and held for court.
