Edward William Kirkwood, 61, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested New Years Eve at Lake Havasu Avenue and Topaz Drive for an FAILURE TO COMPLY Warrant after he was contacted as a suspicious person and a record check revealed him to have a valid warrant for his arrest issued 11/2/2015 for Failure to Comply with Fines in a Theft Case, issued by Judge Kalauli out of Lake Havasu City Municipal Court.
