Havasu Man Arrested for Failure To Register As A Sex Offender

39 Year Old Marc A Mason out of Lake Havasu City was arrested on Tuesday (1/5/2016) morning for failure to register as a sex offender regulations in the area of Mesquite Avenue and Querio Drive after he was stopped for a civil traffic violation and found to have failed to keep a valid drivers’ license as required after he advised he did not have his wallet with his information or the vehicle information, and a Criminal History of Mason’s shows him to have three prior convictions for the same violation.

While speaking with the officers at the scene, he advised that he had registered with the city, and was in contact with Detective Slack.

Mason’s vehicle was towed from the scene.




Mason was transported to the Lake Havasu City Police Department Jail where he was booked and held for court.
