Havasu Man Arrested for Felony Aggravated Domestic Violence

On Wednesday March 16th at approximately 8:33 AM Stephen James Panter, 30, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested at Hawkeye Drive for Aggravated DV (a Felony) and Criminal Damage (a Misdemeanor) after he was at the premise while there was an active order of protection prohibiting him from being there and he had damaged a mailbox at Breakwater Drive prior to arriving at the Hawkeye address. Panter has had two prior convictions of Domestic Violence within eighty four months.
