Havasu Man Arrested For Underage Intoxication and 3 D.U.I. Charges

Lake Havasu City Police Department arrested a Havasu man Tuesday on 3 counts of D.U.I. charges and for being intoxicated as a minor after his vehicle was stopped for a civil traffic violation.

Jamie Tyler Webb, 20, is facing charges of DUI, DUI with a BAC of .08 or more, and Extreme DUI with a BAC of .15-.20 as well as Underage Intoxication – all misdemeanors, after the officer saw the vehicle traveling 45 MPH on Daytona which is a 35 MPH Zone and was familiar with the 2003 Dodge Neon and it’s Driver, Jamie Webb. The officer attempted to turn around to stop the vehicle when Webb accelerated in a possible attempt to elude the officer. The officer located the vehicle on Opossum Drive where Webb resides.

On scene, Webb denied speeding, eluding, and drinking – however officers SFST’s showed signs of impairment and a PBT indicated positive.

Another officer remained on scene with the vehicle and the 17 year old passenger until her parents arrived, at which time she was released to her father.

Back at the station the Intoxilyzer 8000 test resulted in .163 and .161

Webb was served with a Drivers Licenseense suspension and booked into Lake Havasu City Jail.
