Havasu Man Arrested For Violation of Court Order and Failure to Comply Warrant

On Wednesday February 24th at approximately 4:39 PM Preston Robert Pennington, 36, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested at Indian Head Drive for Violation of a Court Order and a Failure to Comply Warrant issued 2/16/2016 by Judge Dunbar out of Lake Havasu City Municipal Court in a Disorderly Conduct case.

Pennington was contacted with the victim at Kearsage Drive which is in violation of the order which states no contact and a records check revealed Pennington to have a valid Failure to Comply Warrant.
