Havasu Man Arrested for Warrant Issued in DUI Case

On Monday March 14th at approximately 2:26 AM Joshua Cody Pettid, 27, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested at South Acoma Blvd. on a valid warrant issued 10/22/2014 by Judge Davis out of Lake Havasu City Consolidated Courts in an Extreme DUI case.

This arrest occurred after Pettid was contacted as the passenger of a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle had an active warrant. Pettid was asked for his identification so a field interview could be conducted on him. A records check showed the active warrant.

Pettid was placed under arrest and transported to the jail for booking.
