Havasu Man Arrested on Aggravated Domestic Violence and Driving on Suspended

On Wednesday May 4th at approximately 3:06 PM Stephen James Panter, 30, of Lake Havasu City was arrested at Kiowa Avenue and Corona Drive for Aggravated Domestic Violence (Felony) and Driving on a Suspended Licenseense. This occurred after he was stopped in reference to a domestic violence investigation from 4/28/2016 (DR#16-2929) – during the incident he made contact with the victim who is a protected party in an order of protection of which he is named the defendant. Upon contacting Panter, he was found to be with the victim seated in the passengers side of his truck at the time of the stop. Dispatch advised Panter’s Driver Licenseense Status to be Suspended and the Order of Protection still in place. A criminal History was checked on Panter and revealed he had been arrested 6 times for Domestic Violence in the past, 3 times in 2016.

Panter’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
