Havasu Man Arrested on Felony Aggravated Domestic Violence

STEPHEN JAMES PANTER

On Thursday April 28th at approximately 12:49 PM Stephen James Panter, 30, out of Lake Havasu City committed Aggravatedravated Domestic Violence after he waited at the victim’s place of of employment, the then attempted to block her in with his vehicle when she pulled into the location. Panter also texted and called the victim numerous times immediately following the incident. The location is listed as a protected location for the victim in a valid order of protection of which he is listed as a defendant.

Per a Complete Criminal History check, he has had four previous domestic violence convictions in the pats 84 months.




On Wednesday May 4th at approximately 3 PM the arresting officer responded to the area of Corona Drive and Kiowa Avenue in reference to a traffic stop where the driver of the vehicle was identified as Steven Panter. Panter was placed under arrest and charged with Aggravatedravated Domestic Violence (Felony) and Failure to Comply with a Court Order. He was transported to the Lake Havasu Cit Jail and booked, then transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriffs Department.
