Havasu Man Arrested on Warrant related to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia case

On Thursday March 3rd at approximately 4:38 PM Ricardo G. Salcedo, 37, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested in the area of Swanson Avenue for a Valid Warrant issued 2/10/2016 by Judge Davis out of Lake Havasu City Consolidated Courts in a Possession of Drug Paraphernalia case, confirmed via dispatch, after he was contacted during an unrelated call for service and was known to have a warrant.
