Havasu Man Arrested Saturday for DUI

On Saturday, February 27th at approximately 11:54 PM Richard Blair Petrungaro, 44, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested on Sabino Drive at Lake Havasu Avenue North for DUI and DUI above.08 after he was contacted as the driver of a 2003 Dodge Dakota which struck a curb and was seen by officers speeding away from the area, and during the civil traffic stop was found to be under the influence of Alcohol.

Petrungaro was transported to the Lake Havasu City Jail where he was given a breathalyzer test which resulted in .143 and .139. He was booked, Cited, and Held for Court.

Petrungaro’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
