Havasu man arrested Sunday for Organized Retail Theft

On Sunday, January 10th Jerod Joseph Bucolo, 39, out of Lake Havasu City at Cadet Lane after officers arrived at the home to follow up on a Shoplifting case where they found Bucolo’s Blue Compact Four Door Sedan, matching the vehicle seen in the surveillance footage at Walmart, and Bucolo exited the vehicle and approached the officer. Bucolo was asked if he had taken the coffeemaker and returned it with the intent to get the money he stated “Yes”. Bucolo was placed under arrest and transported to the Lake Havasu City Jail where he was held for booking. Bucolo refused to answer further questions without speaking with an attorney, no further questions were asked.
