Havasu Man Charged with Extreme DUI with BAC of .166 and .159

This past Friday, March 25th at 2:47 AM Jonathan Daniel Simpson, 29, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, DUI above .08, and Extreme DUI above .15 at McCulloch Blvd. after he was contacted as the driver during a civil traffic stop and performed poorly on Field Sobriety Tests. Simpson was transported to the Lake Havasu City Police Department where he was ultimately found to be driving under the influence of alcohol with Intoxilyzer results of .166 and .159 BAC.
