Mark Alan Armstrong out of Lake Havasu City stated he was watching his friends dog and took it outside to go to the bathroom, and took the dog off leash to the empty field adjacent to the motel and when the dog saw the other dogs and took off after them. Armstrong admitted to kicking and hitting dogs to get his dog off the victim’s.
