Havasu Man is Possession with Alcohol While Underage

On Saturday April 9th at approximately 7:29 AM, Raul Castillo, 20, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol at Cutter Lane, after he was contacted trying to enter a residence that he did not live at, and Castillo was found to have a strong odor of an intoxicating beverage on his breath, slurred speech, and was very unbalanced. A portable breath test was given with the result of .155% BAC.
