Havasu Man Steals $30 out of Victim’s Purse

Tuesday May 3rd between 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM Austin Joseph Piacitelli, 20, out of Lake Havasu City committed Theft by taking $30 from the victim’s purse while they were working at an address on Mesquite Avenue. Piacetelli was later Cited and Released for the theft.

Piacetelli was Cited & Released due to being a Care Giver and needing to take care of a patient at the address who could not care for themselves.

The stolen money was photographed for the case file, and later turned over to the victim.
