Lake Havasu City Police towed a Black 2006 Toyota Scion XA last Tuesday after an officer noticed the registration sticker having an expired date of April 2015. A records check of the vehicle and driver – Scott Phillip Hall, 38 – confirmed the vehicles expiration, Mr. Hall’s drivers license was suspended, and he had a valid misdemeanor warrant out of Lake Havasu City JP.

Hall stated he had purchased the vehicle from a private party and had not yet received the proper documentation to register the vehicle, but that he was aware of the expired registration.

Hall was placed into custody and transported to the Lake Havasu City Jail for Booking.
