Saturday (1/2/2016) evening David Anderson Jr. was arrested at Mimosa Drive and North Acoma Blvd for possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a public thoroughfare after he was contacted in reference to an intoxicated subject call and found to be stumbling in the roadway (obstructing normal traffic flow) and in possession of a hypodermic needle which tested positive for Meth. Anderson admitted to a heroin addiction.

The call came in after the Reporting Party (RP) said he saw Anderson walking in the roadway.
