Havasu Man Suspected of Burglary Found To Have Probation Violation Warrant and Failure to Appear Warrant

On Friday April 15th at approximately 8:35 AM John Wesley Humphrey, 50, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested at Sombrero Drive after being contacted in regards to a possible Burglar at the address. During the contact a Wants/Warrants check showed Humphrey to have an active Failure to Appear Warrant issued 5/02/2015, and a Probation Violation Warrant issued 7/2/2015, both issued by Judge Dunbar out of Lake Havasu City Consolidated Court.

The suspected burglary was unfounded.

Humphrey was transported to the Lake Havasu City Consolidated Court and presented in front of Judge Dunbar, who set a bond at $5,500 and was transported to the Lake Havasu City Jail, to be later transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriffs.
