On Friday March 11th at 12:45 PM Ryan Steven Takacs, 28, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested at Holiday Drive for Disorderly Conduct/DV after he engaged in seriously disruptive behavior when he pushed the victim, popped a balloon with his keys and then slapped a cell phone from the victim’s hand and them stomped on it during the course of a verbal argument at a residence on North McCulloch Blvd.
