Havasu Woman Arrested for Failure to Comply Warrant out of Parker in Shoplifting Case

On Wednesday April 20th at approximately 5:44 PM Noelle Victoria Perez, 24, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested at Geronimo Blvd. at Hiawatha Drive after she was contacted as a passenger during a traffic stop found to have a Failure to Comply Warrant issued 2/19/2016 out of Parker JP in a Shoplifting case. Perez was transported to the Lake Havasu City Police Department, booked, and held for court.
