Huntington Beach Woman Arrested for Shoplifting and Found To Have Drug Paraphernalia

On Saturday march 19th at approximately 1:59 PM Alina Renee Luong, 19, out of Huntington Beach California was arrested for Shoplifting and Drug Paraphernalia at N. Lake Havasu Avenue after she was contacted as a suspect in a recent shoplifting and admitted to taking multiple tobacco items from the store without making any attempt to purchase the items, passing all points of sale and leaving the area.

During the contact Alina was also found to be in possession of a glass pipe, which was found to have burnt residue and a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from it.
