Lakewood California Man Arrested In Lake Havasu For Vehicle Theft

ON 12/15/15 AT APPROXIMATELY 1534 HOURS A REPORT THAT 33 YEAR-OLD RYAN HARGRAVES, TOOK A GREEN 1998 HONDA CIVIC FROM AN ADDRESS IN THE 1600 BLOCK OF TOPAZ DR WITHOUT THE RP’S KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION. HARGRAVES RETURNED, AND THE RP CALLED LAKE HAVASU CITYPD AND ADVISED THEM HARGRAVES AND THE STOLEN VEHICLE WERE BACK AT THE RESIDENCE.

HARGRAVES STATES THAT HE HAD PERMISSION BY THE RP TO USE THE VEHICLE “ALL DAY”.

PD RESPONDED AND TOOK HARGRAVES INTO CUSTODY AND BOOKED INTO LAKE HAVASU CITYPD JAIL.
