ON 07-27-16 AT APPROX. 1434 HRS., OFFICERS RESPONDED TO PIMA DR. N. IN REFERENCE TO AN AGENCY ASSIST INVOLVING THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SERVICES REGARDING A WELFARE CHECK. UPON ARRIVAL MULTIPLE JUVENILE SUBJECTS WERE CONTACTED AND A STRONG ODOR OF BURNED MARIJUANA WAS EMITTING FROM THE HOME RESULTING IN THE RESIDENCE BEING SECURED PENDING A SEARCH WARRANT, WHICH LAKE HAVASU CITYP.D. SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS BUREAU AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS BUREAU ULTIMATELY EXECUTED AND RESULTED IN THE ARREST OF TWO SUBJECTS.

LAYCIE ANN MARIE CAMPBELL (32) AND ISAIAH SHIRAZ HOSEIN (24) BOTH OF LAKE HAVASU CITY WERE EACH CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, CHILD ABUSE, AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.
