Man Arrested for Shoplifting, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Prescription Only Pills

On Monday February 29th at approximately 4:18 PM Nathan Miles Pulliam, 38, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested at Walmart (Highway 95) for Shoplifting, Resisting Arrested, and Possession of Prescription Only Pills (all misdemeanors) after he removed several items from the immediate display which were for sale and concealed them under his shirt to then leave the store past all points of sale without paying. Upon arrest of Pulliam he ran from officers to avoid arrest and passively resisted officers when being placed into handcuffs by pulling away. Upon arrest Pullium was found to be in possession of a prescription only pill which Pullium did not have a valid prescription for.
