Man Arrested For Two Warrants After Hiding In Bathtub Fully Clothed

On Wednesday January 27th at 9:41 PM Thomas Oliver Nichols III, 33, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested at Arapaho Drive for a valid probation violation warrant and a valid failure to comply warrant after he was contacted in reference to the warrant and a records check confirmed the two warrants for his arrest.

Officers went to the residence to make contact with Nichols and were greeted by the homeowner who gave permission for officers to search the residence. While conducting the search , Nichols was found laying in the bath tub fully clothed, and was ordered to stand up and exit the bathtub. Nichols complied and was detained.
