Man Arrested for Violating Court Order, Dog Cared For By WAHS

On Monday, February 22nd at approximately 1:26 PM Michael Francis Roth, 39, was arrested at Southside Laundry on Maricopa Avenue for Violation of Court Order/DV after he contacted the Victim by Text Message of “I love you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you I love you so much”, in violation of a valid court order prohibiting contact. Roth was taken into custody and transported to the Lake Havasu City Jail for booking, cited and held for court. Roth’s dog was taken to the Western Arizona Humane Society. With permission of the building owner, Roth’s vehicle was left at location properly parked.
